Buried under dust for decades in a hay barn this Piedmontese city bike was found with an unoriginal paintwork but fortunately only superficial and the original colour underneath through meticulous work of partial stripping, has brought it back to the surface. A mix of Hawthorn colours and iron parts on show that probably made the last owner decide to repaint.

A continuous play of chromatic styles characterize this bicycle: the Hawthorn colour paint has survived the test of time, the spaces left by the latter let the shiny metal and brass welding conjunctions show through. Light Tones that express lightness and speed, contrasting with the natural colour of the saddle leather, tires that make contact with the ground giving the impression that the bicycle is ready to flee.
